Eli Bernstein

Eli Bernstein is the Principal of Nakamoto Legal, a boutique law firm specializing in emerging technology law, including Web3, blockchain, and AI. Eli has advised companies, foundations and startups on structuring, regulatory compliance, capital raising, and (/smart) contracts. Beyond legal practice, Eli mentors startups and is a strong advocate for market-driven innovation in legaltech, regtech, and fintech.

Eli holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Curtin University. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and serves as Chair of the Law Society of Western Australia’s Technology and Law Committee.
