A chartered tax adviser and public accountant turned decentralised economy strategist - now focused on building public trust systems through open, peer-driven credentialing and governance models. As director and co-founder of the Digital Playhouse Foundation, she drives research and development on Bitcoin-anchored credentialing, education, and association models.

While based at Balaji Srinivasan's Network School in Singapore/Malaysia, Electra is developing CREDU and the BitByBit initiative - a peer-to-peer credentialing system and competency framework for accountants and other professionals - to support her charity’s objectives.

Her work rethinks regulatory frameworks by advancing public trust systems that move beyond bureaucratic licensing to self-regulating reputation networks.
