Neal Cross

Neal is the Co-Founder of PictureWealth, one of the world’s fastest-growing wealth-tech companies, scaling from $0 to $8 billion in funds under management in under five years. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Peppermint Innovation, an ASX-listed company transforming co-op banking in the Philippines.

Previously, Neal was the Group Chief Innovation Officer at DBS Bank, where he spearheaded its digital transformation, establishing a global benchmark for financial services innovation. His career also includes leadership roles at MasterCard and Microsoft, where he drove innovation strategies across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
