Dr. Pejman Rowshan Farzad

Associate Professor, University of Western Australia

Asso. Prof. Pejman has years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Medical Physics. He has been the Medical Physics Program Chair at UWA since 2017. His focus is on translational research that bridges academic insights to clinical practice.

Pejman added Artificial Intelligence into the Medical Physics curriculum seven years ago, and now envisions expanding the curriculum to incorporate Quantum Technologies in clinical research.

He has received numerous teaching awards and was one of the State’s “STEM educator of the Year” finalists in 2024.
