Yuki Aizawa is a distinguished thought leader with over 20 years of experience in banking IT and now emerging Tech. She excels in leveraging strategic partnerships to drive societal and technological innovation, with a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances.
As the APAC Director of the Women in Tech Global movement, Yuki is on a mission to empower 5 million girls and women in STEAM fields by 2030. She is also the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Rinne Technologies and Consulting, where she leads with a focus on human-centric innovation and technological insights, emphasizing EQ and CQ to build high-impact teams for sustainable business growth.
Yuki is a sought-after speaker on topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Women Leadership with EQ, CQ and ESG strategies, Female Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, and Tech & Digital Diplomacy. Her expertise has made her a notable presence at conferences worldwide.
Currently, Yuki is a member of an advisory team supporting the transfer of proprietary green technology (e-storage solutions) from the EU to the APAC region. She is also a strong advocate for Women in Boards, participating in initiatives like the 30% Club Mentor-Mentee Scheme and various Corporate Governance and ESG programs.
Yuki holds an Executive MBA and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration, with her dissertation planned for completion by the end of 2025.
