Julia Buchholz is the Chief Marketing Officer at Blocksquare, a global leader in real estate tokenisation. With a deep passion for blockchain and real-world assets, she has been instrumental in driving Blocksquare’s marketing strategy, bridging the gap between traditional real estate and decentralized finance. Blocksquare has tokenised over 140 properties across 20+ countries, powering 14 active RWA marketplaces on their real estate tokenisation infrastructure.
Since 2017, Julia has worked with early-stage blockchain startups on a global scale, fostering innovation and adoption in the sector. She is a committee member at PropTech Hub WA, regional co-chair of FIBREE (the Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise), and a co-founder at Tecstack, a Perth-based education firm that, in partnership with REIWA, has certified over 500 real estate agents on the impact of blockchain in real estate.
